The scope of work for Premier Developing Services, Inc. was divided into two sections, which is the Student Services building and quad. In the three-story Student Services building, approximately 8,000 square feet of four inch thick CMU veneer was installed to the exterior walls of building using a masonry anchoring system. In addition, Premier Developing Services, Inc. completed the installation of ADA faculty parking stalls composed of grading, base sub layer preparation, asphalt, pavement markings and truncated domes. In the Quad, site and seat walls were constructed of CMU block fully grouted as its interior core. The exterior was composed of manufactured stone veneer and pre-cast concrete caps to the top of each wall to give it a great architectural look.
