Site and restroom accessibility upgrades, the existing mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire sprinkler and fire alarm are modified as needed to accommodate new layout.

Updating existing restrooms and showers, implementing ADA compliance, complete interior finishes including acoustic ceiling, casework, finished millwork, MEP upgrades, and new openings throughout the building for new doors to comply with fire code ordinance of Sacramento county, New flooring and paint, parking lot resurfacing, re-striping, curbs, and ADA ramps along with re striping and signage.
